test3 When I started yoga in my early twenties it added zest, colour, and magic to my daily life as well as added flexibility in my body. Later on in my twenties I sort of lost yoga to university, relationships, work and so on and so forth. As a result I started to loose sight of the magic and beauty that is around us everyday. Signing up and committing to the Moksha/Modo Teacher Training in Nicaragua was the best decision I have made in the last 10 years since first stepping onto the mat.   • Moksha

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath).

  • Moksha Level 2

    A challenging and healthy Intermediate Hot Yoga Sequence with a short meditation and extended Savasana. This practice is suitable for individuals with a regular and consistent Moksha/Moksha Flow Practice. This practice is not suitable for Beginners.

  • Moksha Silent

    A standard Moksha class guided with little or no verbal instruction. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the Moksha series first.

  • Moksha with music

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence linked with breath set to great music.

  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Moksha Flow With Music

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. Set to the teacher’s music.

  • barre

    Barre is fun and high energy workout that is low-impact and gentle on your joints. Barre classes combine strengthening and stretching in order to create long, lean muscles, without the bulk.   • Vinyasa 2

    A combination of breath, flow and yin, this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga is offered at reduced heat in our Hot Room. The class moves at a slower pace, accompanied by music and candlelight.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Restorative

    Restorative Yoga combines supported yoga postures, therapeutic movement and meditative breathing practices designed to calm, open and release long-held tensions in the body and mind.

  • Economy Class

    Moksha class taught by an experienced teacher.  This class is a $10 drop in (tax included) or you can use your existing package.  Just another way we are making yoga more accessible to the community. Suitable for all levels.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Pilates

    The abdominal based exercises will focus in core strength and stability along with flex band work to incorporate a whole body workout.

  • Mom and Baby Yoga

    A gentle yet challenging yoga class for mom and baby together! We involve Baby in some of our balance and strengthening asanas, as well as incorporating some Mom-only postures and poses to strengthen the body and promote relaxation.     A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
